- What is your return policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from The Book Store and are happy to accept returns on any unused items for up to 30 days. To return a purchase, please contact us to request an RMA#. Please include your order number and reason for return and we will respond with an RMA# and return instructions.
- How long does it take for a return to be processed?
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Once your return has been processed we will send you an email notification.
- Can I pick my item up instead of having it shipped
You can pick your item up at one of our three Book Stores located in Altoona, Bedford, or Huntington. You can email us for specific directions to the stores.
